113年長庚大學畢業生學位袍借用規定
一、本人領取須出示雙證件(學生證必備；另一證件需為身份證、健保卡或駕照)；受委託代為領取者，除了出示本人身份證件，還須出示雙方學生證，並以代領一套為限。
二、領取時間:113/5/29(三)至113/5/31(五)，每日上午8點半起至下午6點止
◼️領取地點:管理大樓 B1資材組 (地圖如附,請參考)
◼️歸還地點:學、碩士袍請交至畢業系所辦公室；博士袍請交至資材組
三、應於113年6月1日(六)18:00前(含)歸還。
四、逾期歸還者每逾一日滯還金為100元/套，滯還金收取金額以學位袍原樣式造價金額為上限，滯還金請至總務處出納組繳清並歸還學位袍。
五、應在借用期間妥善保管並按照原樣式使用學位袍，不得逕行任何形式的修改；不得自行清洗，以免退色或損壞。如有遺失或毀損，願意依照原樣式造價賠償。
學位袍造價：
學士袍每套 $4,000元(衣身 $2,500 元、三角披肩$700元、八角帽 $800 元)
碩士袍每套 $4,750元(衣身 $2,500 元、垂布$1,100元、綬帶$350、八角帽 $800 元)
博士袍每套$11,000元(衣身 $8,520 元、垂布$1,680元、八角帽 $800 元)
六、穿著注意事項：碩士服與博士服穿上披肩時，務必將細繩固定於學位袍內側釦子上，並將披肩與衣身藉由暗釦接合固定。且脫下時請輕柔解開暗釦，並溫柔地將細繩從內側釦子取下，以避免損壞。
七、校友欲借用，請先至總務處出納組繳交押金，憑收據在總務處當場領取學位袍及回收學位袍後憑收據退還保證金。
押金金額:學士袍2,000元/套、碩士袍3,000元/套、博士袍6,000元/套
八、本校已製作學士服1,000套、碩士服760套、博士服80套，以應屆畢業生優先借用。數量有限，借完為止。

Regulations for Borrowing Academic Robes for Graduates of Chang Gung University in the 2024Year
1. When collecting, the person must present two forms of identification (student ID is mandatory; the other ID must be either an ID card, National Health Insurance card, or driver's license). For those entrusted to collect on behalf of others, besides presenting their own ID, they must also present both student IDs, with a limit of collecting on behalf of one set.
2. Receive :
Time:5/29(Wed) ~5/32 (Fri), each day from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location:Materials Department, Basement 1 of the Administration Building (Please refer to the attached map for directions).
Return :
Bachelor and Master: gowns should be returned to the respective department offices
Doctoral :gowns should be returned to the Materials Department.
3. Items should be returned by 18:00 on June 1st, 113 (Saturday).
4. For each day overdue in returning the academic robe, a late fee of 100 NT dollars per set will be charged. The amount of the late fee is capped at the original cost of the academic robe. Late fees should be settled and the academic robe returned to the Finance Division of the General Affairs Office.
5. During the borrowing period, the academic robe must be properly kept and worn in its original style without any alterations. It is prohibited to clean the robe personally to prevent discoloration or damage. In the event of loss or damage, compensation will be provided according to the original cost of the academic robe.

6. Dress Code Guidelines: When wearing the master's or doctoral gown with the stole, it is essential to securely fasten the thin cord to the inner button of the academic robe and connect and secure the stole to the gown using hidden buttons. When removing, please gently unfasten the hidden buttons and delicately remove the thin cord from the inner button to avoid damage.
7. Alumni who wish to borrow academic robes must first visit the Finance Division of the General Affairs Office to deposit a security deposit. With the receipt, they can then collect the academic robe on the spot and return it afterward to receive a refund of the security deposit.
Security deposit amounts:
• Bachelor's gown: 2,000 NT dollars per set
• Master's gown: 3,000 NT dollars per set
• Doctoral gown: 6,000 NT dollars per set
7. The university has prepared 1,000 sets of bachelor's gowns, 760 sets of master's gowns, and 80 sets of doctoral gowns, with priority given to graduating students for borrowing. Due to limited quantities, borrowing will be available until supplies are depleted.
